Service Admin Coordinator
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Service Admin Coordinator to provide technical support to internal operating company functions. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, and networked or wireless systems. The Service Admin Coordinator will be the highest point of escalation for complex issues, offering critical support to engineers, technicians, and product support teams when standard troubleshooting efforts have failed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support via phone and email to internal teams, including engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex electro/mechanical systems, computer systems, complex software, and networked or wireless systems.
- Serve as the highest point of escalation when first-line product support fails to resolve technical issues with malfunctioning equipment or software.
- Identify and report design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering and software engineering teams.
- Repair and update products at the office site (non-field work), ensuring that all equipment and systems meet functional specifications.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to identify solutions and develop workarounds for unresolved technical issues.
- Potentially develop and conduct technical training sessions for internal teams on specific product lines and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting steps, repairs, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electro/mechanical systems, computer systems, software, and networked or wireless systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Ability to handle high-level technical escalations and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in product support or bench technician roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in developing and delivering technical training.
- Familiarity with product design and software engineering processes.
- Experience in working with complex system configurations and troubleshooting techniques.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
