Temporary Service Administrator
LHH is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Temporary Service Administrator to join our dynamic team for a 1- month temporary opportunity in Sterling, VA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys juggling a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for service inquiries via Outlook and phone, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Coordinate and delegate tasks related to service delivery, acting as a project lead to keep things moving smoothly and on schedule.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams using platforms such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Salesforce.
Monitor and follow up on service tickets, project updates, and customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
Proactively support team members by identifying needs and offering help—often before being asked.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and service progress.
Contribute to process improvements and best practices to enhance overall service efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative, service, or support role (temporary or permanent).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Salesforce.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Natural team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Self-starter with a “pitch in” mentality—ready to assist without waiting for direction.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
