LHH is excited to partner with a prestigious global Corporate Services company in search of a passionate and driven Billing Specialist who is ready to make a significant impact in Houston, TX! This company offers a HYBRID work schedule after training.


Qualified candidates should have at least one year of recent experience in a billing role and a strong desire to show up ready to learn and grow.


The hourly pay for the Billing Specialist ranges between $28 to $31 per hour depending on experience.


Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all invoices are correct and error-free

• Uploading invoices to and working in various client portals with meticulous detail

• Carefully examining contracts to understand service terms

• Investigating and addressing any billing discrepancies

• Assisting with various kinds of billing for roughly 600 assigned accounts

• Processing rebills and credit memos as necessary

Job Requirements:

• One or more years’ billing experience in most recent role(s)

• Intermediate Excel

• Excellent communication, written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and be resourceful

• Client web portal experience preferred

• Experience reviewing contracts or multiple kinds of billing preferred
