Your role will involve coordinating various activities to ensure successful delivery to our customers. This includes both the technical deployment of our systems, organizing training sessions, and coordinating efforts across different roles, teams, companies, and locations. Given the dynamic nature of offshore drilling activities, our deployment projects require a high degree of flexibility and continuous plan adjustments while keeping all stakeholders informed. Some travel to rigs, customer, and partner offices globally is expected.

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers (operators and drilling contractors) to ensure delivery and manage expectations, highlighting and solving potential challenges.

  • Assist clients with change management processes when introducing new systems.

  • Collaborate with and manage other deployment team members, external resources, and customers.

  • Coordinate with our IT Operations team to deploy solutions based on customer requirements and feedback.

  • Stay updated on our roadmap and priorities.

  • Continuously work on optimizing deployment activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

We prioritize the right attitude, mindset, and potential. For this position, we seek:

  • A background in the drilling industry, with experience in drilling operations.

  • A proactive attitude with a high sense of urgency in following up on deliveries.

  • Good knowledge of change management and human factors.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

  • Confidence in leading meetings and related group activities.

Working Location

We seek someone based in the US. The role may occasionally require travel to other locations for business purposes, including meeting clients, planning deployment activities, or collaborating internally.
