Senior Revenue & Commissions Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage revenue streams, ensuring accurate revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards.

• Analyze and track company revenue and booking data for the commission recording, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for internal stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain commission structures and calculations for the sales team.

• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts to senior management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue and commission reporting.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in revenue and commission management.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and commissions.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue analysis and commission management, preferably within the software industry.

• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606).

• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
