Responsibilities:
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, ensuring all payments are made on time.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses as required.
- Ensure all invoices and payments comply with company policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve any issues related to accounts payable in a prompt manner.
- Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in maintaining the accounts payable system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence related to accounts payable.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Monitor and order office supplies for the finance team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounts payable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
