LHH is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their client in South Charlotte, NC on a direct hire basis. Candidates must have experience with ADP and multi-state payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
· Processing payroll for 250 employees
· Multi-state payroll
· Resolving any discrepancies and acting as a point of contact for employees
· Setting up new hires in the system
· Payroll reporting
· Ensuring compliance
· Additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
· Associates or Bachelors degree highly preferred
· ADP experience is required
· Multi-state payroll processing experience is required
Compensation and Schedule:
· $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience with full benefits, 401k, and PTO
· Fully onsite; Monday – Friday
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
