This is a dynamic opportunity in that this role is not only focused on month end accounting functions, but also has a huge part in regulatory reporting and audit-related responsibilities.
Compensation is up to $115k, plus 10% bonus and a long-term stock incentive program.
What you’ll do as a Senior Accountant:
- Prepare and process journal entries, reconciliations and accruals for month end close
- Reconcile complex general ledger accounts, performing in-depth accounting research to resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Assist with SOX/SEC compliance and audit preparation, reporting and other internal control functions
- Work alongside Controller and other C-Suite leaders to complete process improvement and departmental cleanup projects
- Prepare financial statements/reports, along with Ad Hoc reporting and requests
- Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliations between various subsidiaries/entities
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- Must have at least 3+ years of senior-level accounting experience
- Public accounting foundation or public company experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables/VLOOKUP/SUMIF) + ERP software experience required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $1,150,000.00 per year
