LHH is partnering with a large company that is searching for a temporary Accounts Payable Specialist to assist their team for the next three months. You will work on a team but will need to be comfortable in a high-volume environment. Your main responsibilities will be processing invoices and updating vendor accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounts payable experience and knowledge of ERP software systems, such as NetSuite or SAP. The team needs someone immediate so the interview process will be quick.
Main Responsibilities:

Processing accounts payable invoices
Troubleshooting vendor inquiries and updating vendor accounts
Ensuring payments are made in a timely manner
Accounts payable journal entries and accruals
Vendor statement reconciliations
Additional projects as needed

Qualifications:

At least two years of accounts payable experience
Previous experience on an ERP software system is preferred
Ability to function efficiently in a high-volume environment
Professional communication skills and desire to mentor others
High attention to detail

Employment Details:

Temporary position for three months
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Fully onsite at the office in Tacoma, WA

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
