📍 Location: Tacoma, WA
💰 Pay Range: $22 - $28/hr
Job Summary:
Join our Tacoma team as a Customer Service Specialist, where you’ll provide top-notch service to clients, resolve inquiries, and support the sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain accurate customer records in the system
Assist with billing, invoicing, and troubleshooting issues
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
