Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Tacoma, WA

Job Type: 3-Month Contract

Job Summary: The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and staff. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check-in visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Manage front desk and inventory as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
