Compensation: Up to $93,000 annually

About the Opportunity:

A leading manufacturer in the industrial sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR presence across three warehouse locations in Tamarac, Florida. This is a high-impact, people-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments and is passionate about employee relations and engagement.

Position Overview:


As the HR Generalist Sr., you will report directly to the Senior HR Manager and act as the go-to HR resource for warehouse employees and managers. You’ll be based in a dedicated office within the warehouse—just across the street from corporate headquarters—ensuring you stay closely connected to the day-to-day operations and workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the face of HR for warehouse teams, fostering a culture of trust, inclusiveness, and open communication.

  • Conduct workplace investigations and support disciplinary processes with fairness and compliance.

  • Coach managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Educate employees on benefits programs and assist with claims, 401(k) inquiries, and open enrollment.

  • Support compensation planning and help maintain equitable pay structures.

Recruitment & Talent Development

  • Partner with corporate recruiting to fill open roles and build a strong talent pipeline.

  • Assist in onboarding, training, and succession planning initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain HR policies, personnel files, and compliance documentation (I-9s, EEO reports, etc.).

  • Support HR metrics reporting, including turnover analysis and action planning.

  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and company-wide HR events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.

  • 5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and investigations.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is highly preferred.

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
