LHH is seeking a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant for a firm in Tampa to support busy attorneys with a variety of administrative and legal tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities.



  • Prepare engagement letters, expense reports, and travel arrangements

  • Review, revise, and proofread legal documents and correspondence

  • Format, edit, and track documents using redlining applications

  • Assist with recordation of documents in public records

  • Manage attorneys’ calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain client contact information

  • Run conflict checks, open/close client matters, and establish accurate electronic and paper files

  • Ensure client billing requirements are met and assist with attorneys’ time entry

  • Review and edit pre-bills for attorney approval


Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced knowledge of Word

  • Experience with electronic document management systems (Filesite/iManage preferred)

  • Ability to manage a busy desk for multiple attorneys

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Experience in Adobe and Simplifile or online public records recording is a plus


$65,000 - $90,000 plus benefits



Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
