Responsibilities:
- Calendar management
- Manage emails and invites
- Travel logistics
- Provide general administrative support, including personal errands
- Sort mail
- Assist with invoices
- Serve as first point of front desk contact
- At least 3 years of experience supporting executives and high-profile clients
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Attention to detail
- Full Time, Onsite
- Direct hire
- Salary: $60-65k/year
