Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation

  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date and filed appropriately

  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties involved in the case

  • Prepare and review discovery materials, including interrogatories, depositions, and requests for production

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of exhibits for trials and hearings

  • Maintain calendaring and scheduling of court appearances, deadlines, and meetings

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong background in insurance defense

  • Proficient in legal research tools and software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of court procedures and protocols

  • Paralegal certification preferred



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
