Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date and filed appropriately
Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties involved in the case
Prepare and review discovery materials, including interrogatories, depositions, and requests for production
Assist in the preparation and organization of exhibits for trials and hearings
Maintain calendaring and scheduling of court appearances, deadlines, and meetings
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong background in insurance defense
Proficient in legal research tools and software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of court procedures and protocols
Paralegal certification preferred
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
