LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Director to assist a medical company in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in higher level Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, leading, and developing policies and strategies
- Identifying, evaluating and solving hiring challenges
- Recruiting top talent to executive positions
- Mediating and suggesting solutions to employee disputes
- Interviewing potential candidates and making recommendations
- Compiling information about compensation and benefits packages based on market data
Experience
- 7 years prior experience supporting Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or Personnel Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience demonstrating excellent project management skills
- Preferred experience in healthcare
Skills:
- Articulate and organized with excellent writing and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of HR employment practices and federal/state regulations
- Proficient in HR/Payroll platforms and MS Office
Work Type:
- Onsite, Full Time
- Contract to hire
- Compensation: $42-45/hr
Pay Details: $42.00 to $45.00 per hour
