The Project Accountant will support the financial operations of land development projects by maintaining and reconciling proformas, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update project proformas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Reconcile financial data from accounting systems with project tracking sheets
Identify inconsistencies and recommend reconciliation actions
Assist in reviewing proformas with Project Managers
Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data retrieval
Experience in land development accounting is a plus
