About the Role: The ideal candidate will efficiently manage the administrative responsibilities associated with complex trusts and estates matters, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination of tasks across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trusts and Estates Administration: At least 3+ years of experience required.

  • Florida Practices and Procedures: Firm understanding necessary.

  • Document Drafting: Proficient in drafting Estate Planning documents.

  • Software Proficiency: Knowledgeable in Lawgic and Probate Form Builder through Westlaw.

  • Deadline Management: Ability to track and meet deadlines.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Communication: Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.

  • Client Focus: Client-oriented focus and professional demeanor.

  • Initiative and Analytical Thinking: Takes initiative, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

  • Computer Skills: Solid skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Benefits:

  • Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Parking Stipend: $111.10/month

  • Insurance: Medical and Dental Insurance, Group Life and Long-Term Disability, Optional Employee-Paid Group Medical, Dental, and Vision.

  • Retirement Plan: 401(k).

  • Paid Time Off: 18 Days PTO (prorated for the 1st year).

Additional Information: We are looking for a candidate who can efficiently manage the administrative responsibilities associated with complex trusts and estates matters. The role involves preparing, proofreading, and editing legal documents and correspondence for accuracy, managing calendars, e-filing documents with Federal and Florida State Courts, assisting attorneys with trial preparation, and maintaining organized workflows for the Firm’s litigation team.
