Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist for a long-term temporary role located in the Tarzana area.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and policies, proficiency in the MS Office Suite, and experience with HRIS platforms like Workday, Workforce Now, ADP, or Paycom.
Key Responsibilities
· Administer day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
· Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes.
· Provide guidance on employee relations issues, resolving conflicts while maintaining confidentiality.
· Maintain and manage employee records, including benefits, payroll, and compliance documentation.
· Utilize HRIS platforms for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
· Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, such as performance evaluations and training programs.
· Collaborate with management to ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in a Human Resource Generalist role or a related HR position.
· Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Workforce Now, ADP, or Paycom.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle confidential information with professionalism.
Compensation: $30 hourly
