Location: near Tarzana (remote position)
Hours: 8 am-5 pm (one hour lunch)
Pay: $65-$70 hourly DOE
Dress code: Casual

5 years experience in managing several operational projects
Communicate effectively and handle ambiguity
Experience driving operational improvements and implementing best practices

Jira, Confluence, G-Suite, BaseCamp (overall tech-savvy)
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage operational projects to meet strategic goals.
Standardize project tracking and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Create and oversee detailed timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with departments such as engineering, legal, marketing, and business development for integrated execution.
Identify and resolve inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks in operational workflows.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including vendor and partner oversight.
Support the development and management of Scopes of Work (SoWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
Oversee operational budgets, ensuring projects are delivered cost-effectively.
Train teams on tools, processes, and operational best practices.
Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Pay Details: $65.00 to $70.00 per hour
