The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in transforming complex data into strategic insight that informs high-level decision-making. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leveraging advanced analytics tools and deep business knowledge to deliver compelling, actionable intelligence. The ideal candidate excels at navigating large data ecosystems, uncovering trends, and communicating findings in a clear, executive-ready format.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end data discovery and analytics initiatives that drive key business strategies and decisions.
Extract, clean, and analyze data from a variety of internal and external sources using automated tools and platforms.
Identify trends, correlations, and outliers in complex data sets to craft data-driven stories and business recommendations.
Partner with senior leadership to define KPIs, track performance, and translate strategic questions into analytical solutions.
Develop and deliver high-impact dashboards, visualizations, and presentations tailored to executive and cross-functional audiences.
Recommend data-informed strategies for operational efficiency, revenue optimization, and process improvement.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with data engineers, programmers, and business analysts to streamline data pipelines and enhance data governance.
Act as a strategic thought partner to department heads and senior stakeholders across the organization.
Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data storytelling, methodology, and visualization.
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, adapting messaging for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years relevant experience
Excellent/polished communication and presentation skills
