Patient Care Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a dedicated, Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare client in Temecula, CA. This full-time, contract-to-hire position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for patients. The successful candidate will handle medical registration, check-in/check-out procedures, scheduling, medical records requests, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with medical registration and check-in/check-out processes.
• Perform scheduling duties, ensuring appointments are efficiently managed.
• Handle medical records requests and process referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in the system.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Healthcare experience is desired but not required – this is a great opportunity to enter the healthcare field!

• Pay Rate: $18/hr
• Location: Temecula, CA 92591
• Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
• Work Environment: 100% Onsite
