Accounts Receivable Credit Analyst | Tempe, AZ (Hybrid)
Pay: $24–$26 per hour | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Are you a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional with a knack for credit analysis? We’re partnering with a dynamic, well-established company in Tempe, AZ, seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Credit Analyst to join their team on a hybrid schedule.

Position Overview:
As an Accounts Receivable Credit Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing incoming payments, analyzing credit data, and ensuring the financial stability of customer accounts. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and solid experience in cash applications, unapplied cash resolution, and credit evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and apply daily cash receipts to customer accounts
  • Research and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash transactions
  • Review and analyze customer credit limits and creditworthiness
  • Monitor customer accounts for credit exposure and payment trends
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and AR team to resolve billing and payment issues
  • Assist with invoicing and billing adjustments as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of credit approvals and customer financial data
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, account reconciliations, and credit analysis

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Analysis, or related accounting functions
  • Proficiency in cash applications and unapplied cash resolution
  • Strong experience with billing processes and credit limit evaluations
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
