Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Mesa, AZ that is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team! This is a full-time Monday through Friday onsite position. Pay range depending on experience is $19.00-$22.00/hr.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering multi-line phone calls, transferring to the correct department, welcoming visitors, sign-in log, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with various office duties as assigned. Must have prior Administrative Assistant or Receptionist experience to qualify.
Job Duties
Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary
Welcome and direct visitors and sign in for badge compliance
Maintain filing systems and retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents.
Receive incoming mail and distribute to the correct department.
Order catered lunches for meetings as needed
Update company directory, employee birthdays, and assist with some new hire paperwork if needed
Provide clerical solutions such scanning/uploading/filing into database.
Run reports for management as needed
Prepare schedules for meetings, and record and distribute minutes or other records for meetings
Maintain office supply inventory, and purchase office supplies needed
Assist with compiling executive expense reports
Assist with writing and updating company forms
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Ability to type 35+ words per minute
Experience with scanners, printers, postage meters.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
