Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers? LHH has partnered with dynamic team in Tempe, AZ who is searching for a Bookkeeper to play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of their growing organization!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing

  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Maintain and update general ledger and financial records

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and monthly closing statements

  • Process and track invoices, payments, and vendor records

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), and Excel

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Familiarity with payroll and tax compliance is a plus

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
