Pay Rate: $24 - $26 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating credit applications, assessing financial risk, and ensuring the accurate setup of new accounts. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process new customer account applications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze financial and credit data to assess risk and determine creditworthiness.
- Verify customer information and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the credit management system.
- Assist in monitoring outstanding accounts and recommending credit limit adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines related to credit evaluation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in credit analysis, account setup, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make sound credit decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with credit management software is a plus.
