Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a construction company near Tempe. This organization is in search of a full time Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role will hold a Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm schedule, and requires you to be fully in office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer orders, process them accurately, and enter them into the system.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their orders, deliveries, and services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address questions, concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and inventory, to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Assist with managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders or deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs and ensure the highest level of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or training is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience required, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • Order Entry experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills; experience with CRM or order processing software is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
