LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Tempe. This company is in search of a full time customer service rep to join their team. This job is fully in office Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. This organization would really love someone who has provided customer service via phone and email. The hourly rate is between $20/hr-$22/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to customers via email and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Document interactions and track customer feedback to help improve our service.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service with proficiency in both email and phone support is preferred.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
