Executive Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a healthcare company near Tempe that is in search of an Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring proven EA experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The starting salary is up to 60k.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to C-level executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records
  • Coordinate special projects and events as needed
  • Anticipate the needs of leadership and take initiative to support business operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in a healthcare or related industry is a plus

Pay Details: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour
