HR Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company in Scottsdale. This organization is in search of an HR Administrative Assistant to join their expanding team. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully onsite. To be considered for this job, you MUST have at least 1 year of HR support experience. Pay range is between $21/hr-$24/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Process employee requests and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.

  • Prepare and handle HR documentation and correspondence.

  • Coordinate and support various HR initiatives and projects.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in an HR support role.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
