HR Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company in Scottsdale. This organization is in search of an HR Administrative Assistant to join their expanding team. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully onsite. To be considered for this job, you MUST have at least 1 year of HR support experience. Pay range is between $21/hr-$24/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Process employee requests and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.
Prepare and handle HR documentation and correspondence.
Coordinate and support various HR initiatives and projects.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of experience in an HR support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
