Procurement & Supply Chain

LHH is currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator for our client in Tempe, AZ. This is a great Contract-to-Hire opportunity to grow and expand your knowledge in purchasing and supply chain. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of purchasing experience, excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain strong relationships and communication with vendors

  2. Create, process and manage purchase orders to meet sales demand

  3. Clear the work flow and ensure accuracy

  4. Maintain orders and inventory

  5. MUST have purchase order processing experience

  6. Work collaboratively with all departments to optimize ISO processes

  7. Coordinating with vendors

  8. Data input, high volume

  9. Integrate cross-functional projects with other departments

Requirements:

  1. Highschool diploma or GED

  2. 1 - 2 years of Purchasing administrative experience

  3. Adept communication skills; both verbal and written

  4. Strong problem-solving skills

  5. Work collaboratively with the team

  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule:

  1. Monday - Friday

  2. 8am - 5pm

  3. 40 hours a week

PAY: $20/hr-$24/hr depending on industry and years of experience. Preferably construction or manufacturing background but not required
