This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and the potential for long-term growth.
Position Overview: As a Medical Call Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, delivering exceptional service and support. You’ll handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and provide accurate information in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Pay Rate: $18–$19 per hour
Location: On-site
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Type: Contract-to-hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and general questions
- Verify insurance coverage and update patient records
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- 1+ year of call center or customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
