MORTGAGE CLIENT SERVICES AND CONSULTANT - Customer Service Consultant

Job Description:

Join our rapidly growing team for a client of ours in Tempe/Phoenix boarder-line which is becoming a leader in the mortgage and home equity industry. We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Mortgage Customer Service Consultant to provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong understanding of mortgage and home equity products.

We love to see candidates with loan officer, loan originating or loan processing backgrounds!

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about mortgage and home equity products.

  • Assist clients with the application process, ensuring they understand all necessary documentation and requirements.

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive client experience.

  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of our mortgage and home equity products.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the sales, underwriting, and processing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within the mortgage, home equity, or financial services industry.

  • Strong knowledge of mortgage and home equity products and processes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay Range - $28-$35/hr

Schedule is fully in office, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
