• Responsible for all aspects of the Revenue Cycle and maintaining updates for all managed accounts
• Monthly submittals of invoices for all clients, collecting payments and generating in-house receipts
• Generating reports for clinic accounts, implanting EMR system and connecting via with clients via phone for crucial updates
• Ability to act quickly, problem solve, analyze trends, where necessary and escalate where appropriate while working to increase profit margins
• Assists with training new clinic member and providers
• When needed, assist in litigation processes and lien filing

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare admin, finance, economics, or math (preferred)
• Experience in MS Excel, Outlook, and proficiency with computer systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Can maintain high detail in a fast-paced environment, while being successful in a repetitive environment
• Highly professional, and ability to communicate in a professional manner and eager to take on new responsibilities
• Ability to focus on and complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
