Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a healthcare company near the Phoenix/Tempe border. This company is in search of a full time senior administrative assistant. This is fully onsite, Monday-Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
- Duties include document merging, creating complex tables and forms, drafting general correspondence, and managing digital files.
- Efficiently organize and produce large, detailed projects such as policy and procedure manuals, RFPs, and related documentation.
- Manage workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks in alignment with organizational calendars and deadlines.
- Provide backup support for administrative assistants during vacations, leaves, or absences.
- Assist in the creation of educational, marketing, clinical, and administrative materials, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain databases for tracking contract expirations and notify relevant managers of upcoming deadlines.
- Support various departments and leadership with special assignments, overflow work, and project-based needs.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, lodging, and transportation as required.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative or secretarial experience; prior experience in healthcare or aviation is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Windows-based programs.
- Excellent command of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate fluently in English.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Capable of composing professional correspondence and independently managing multiple priorities.
- Able to consistently produce high-quality, high-volume work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Must be comfortable multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
