responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executive.

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.

  • Performing minor accounting duties.

  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and coordinating catering when necessary.

  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate department.

  • Managing the executive’s calendar, making appointments, and prioritizing sensitive matters



Pay Details: $31.25 to $36.05 per hour
