LHH is partnering with a great company in Thomasville searching for a B2B Customer Service Representative to join their team! This role will be contract-to-hire and will be onsite M-F 8-5 paying $20-22/hr. Must have B2B customer service experience to be eligible for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of contact for any order related needs for assigned client accounts

• Receive new orders via email, phone, and/or ERP and verify specifications

• Communicate with internal purchasing, inventory, and shipping/receiving teams to verify product availability and expected lead times

• Track orders and provide order status updates through delivery

Qualifications:

• Must have true B2B customer service experience

• Experience using ERP and Excel

• Must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and multi-tasking skills
