LHH is seeking a Junior Accountant for our client near Thousand Oaks, CA! The Accounting Associate will be responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and assisting with payroll duties.
Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable

• Accounts Receivable

• Account Reconciliation

• Payroll

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close procedures and records.

• Perform accurate and timely account reconciliations.

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

• Monitor AP aging reports to identify potential payment issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience.

• Accounts payable experience, including 3-way matching.

• Preferred experience in a manufacturing company.

• Experience with Oracle and Paylocity is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
