Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite – Tigard, OR
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Tigard, OR. This role is ideal for someone with strong investigative skills and a passion for helping customers navigate complex financial transactions. You will play a key role in researching potential wire fraud cases and assisting customers with outgoing wire transfers (wire outs), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and respond to customer inquiries related to wire fraud and suspicious activity.
- Assist customers with initiating, tracking, and resolving issues related to wire out transactions.
- Collaborate with internal fraud prevention and compliance teams to escalate and resolve cases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
- Educate customers on best practices for secure wire transactions.
- Ensure all procedures comply with regulatory and company standards.
- Provide timely and empathetic communication to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in banking, financial services, or customer service (wire transfer experience a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
