Position: Portfolio Manager
Industry: Property Management
Location: Onsite in Tigard, OR
Contract Duration: 3-6 months with potential for extension
Compensation: $32-$48 per hour DOE


About the Role:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Portfolio Manager to join our client's team on a 3-6 month contract basis. This role will primarily focus on budgeting for their diverse portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and experience in property management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets for a portfolio of properties, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

  • Collaborate with property managers to ensure budget adherence and financial efficiency.

  • Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to optimize property performance.

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial planning.



Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in budgeting and financial management within the property management industry, ideally either as Portfolio Manager, Property Accountant or similar.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.



Pay Details: $32.00 to $48.00 per hour
