Job Title: Property Management Assistant (Temporary – Multiple Locations in Central Oregon)
Pay Rate: $22–$28/hour DOE
Duration: 1–3 months to start, with strong potential to convert to permanent (not guaranteed)
About the Role:
We’re seeking detail-oriented and reliable Property Management Assistants to support leasing and day-to-day operations across a variety of apartment communities in Central Oregon. Whether you're early in your career or looking to continue growing in the property management field, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a mission-driven regional housing group.
You may work at one or multiple properties, sometimes independently, though a Rover or Community Manager will typically be available to support you.
Locations Available:
We are hiring for roles in the following cities:
Bend (3 openings)
Redmond (3 openings)
Prineville
Sisters (part-time)
Madras
Each role is tied to specific properties — you’ll receive full site info during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leasing and administrative support to onsite property teams
Greet residents, answer phones, and respond to general inquiries
Assist with application processing, documentation, and filing
Support move-in/move-out coordination and unit readiness
Ensure resident satisfaction through timely communication and basic problem-solving
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of professional experience (property management or leasing preferred)
1–3+ years of experience strongly preferred for higher pay ranges
Comfortable working both independently and in team environments
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Tech-savvy and quick to learn property management platforms or leasing tools
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule & Interview Info:
Monday–Friday schedule
Virtual one-step interview with recruiter and HR manager
