LHH is seeing a Senior HR Generalist for our client. The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for performing a variety of HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues, provide employee relations counseling, and manage conflict resolution.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs. Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing performance improvement plans.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. Support employee development through career planning and development initiatives.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs. Ensure compliance with benefits-related regulations and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations. Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment metrics.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization’s compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Conduct audits and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $10,000.00 per year
