Payroll Coordinator – Tolleson, AZ

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Location: Tolleson, AZ
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

LHH is partnering with a client in Tolleson, AZ, seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for processing payroll, handling certified payroll, issuing checks, and approving timecards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and timely for company employees.
  • Manage certified payroll reporting to ensure compliance.
  • Issue employee paychecks and direct deposits.
  • Review and approve timecards for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of payroll experience required.
  • Experience with certified payroll is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
