LHH is partnering with a long-time client to find an experienced Information Technology Field Engineer with reliable transportation to support their client's infrastructure throughout Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support across various Microsoft applications, including Windows and Office, and manage virtualization platforms like Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware.

• Execute project rollouts and provide maintenance for Microsoft Server technologies, including Windows Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, Exchange, and Active Directory.

• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot WAN/LAN issues, and manage routers, firewalls, and security systems.

• Efficiently handle support tickets, document resolutions, client interactions, network configurations, and related expenses.

• Collaborate with clients and vendors to drive project success and resolve technical challenges, ensuring client satisfaction.

Must Haves:

• Proficient in Windows Server and Desktop environments.

• Capable of remote work with minimal oversight.

• Skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to diverse client skill sets.

• Proficient in Japanese, with strong reading, writing, and conversational abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.

• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, CCA).

• Practical experience with LAN/WAN operations.
