Job Title: HR Coordinator (Contract)
Location: 100% On-Site – Totowa, NJ
Duration: Up to 90 Days
Pay Rate: $23–$28/hour
Schedule: Flexible – 8:30 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team during a high-volume period. This is a contract role ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience as an HR Assistant who is ready to step into a fast-paced, hands-on environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send offer letters and deliver verbal offers to candidates

  • Respond to basic employee questions regarding benefits and HR policies

  • Assist with light payroll tasks and data entry

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Utilize Excel for tracking and reporting HR-related data

  • Support general HR administrative functions as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR Assistant or Coordinator role

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Working knowledge of payroll processes and HR best practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

  • Must be able to work fully on-site in Totowa, NJ



Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
