If the below is a match for you- please immediately share your resume. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team during a high-volume period. This is a contract role ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience as an HR Assistant who is ready to step into a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Job Title: HR Coordinator (Contract)
Location: 100% On-Site – Totowa, NJ
Duration: Up to 90 Days
Pay Rate: $23–$28/hour
Schedule: Flexible – 8:30 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send offer letters and deliver verbal offers to candidates
Respond to basic employee questions regarding benefits and HR policies
Assist with light payroll tasks and data entry
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Utilize Excel for tracking and reporting HR-related data
Support general HR administrative functions as needed
Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in an HR Assistant or Coordinator role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Working knowledge of payroll processes and HR best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Must be able to work fully on-site in Totowa, NJ
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
