LHH has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor for a leading consumer goods manufacturer in High Point, NC.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional leadership abilities, and experience managing high-volume accounts receivable operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to lead, develop, and mentor a small team while ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
Lead, develop, and mentor a small team of AR coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to manage and streamline AR processes.
Monitor and analyze AR metrics, identifying trends and implementing improvements to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and collection issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Prepare and present regular AR reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
Proven experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, develop, and mentor a small team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in High Point, NC.
