Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to join a global leader in the wellness and consumer goods space? Our client is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing procedures.

• Manage and execute collections on past due accounts, including contacting customers and providing necessary invoices and statements.

• Apply payments to customer accounts and research unidentified amounts.

• A/R account monitoring, customer dispute resolution, and collection follow up.

• Reporting on A/R status, including aging analysis and collection metrics.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline accounting processes.

• Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements.

• Assist with ad-hoc projects and special assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience (degree not required).

• Prior experience in accounting or finance is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
