Are you looking to join a great company and become a part of a dynamic accounting team? If so, this position is for you! We are seeking applicants for a Cash Application Coordinator role with a company near High Point. This position is responsible for posting payments, maintaining credit balances, and resolving account irregularities.
An ideal candidate will have 3 years of accounts receivable experience, cash application experience, and be detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
Post payments to various systems to ensure aging date is up to date
Balance daily posting batches
Contact customers to make arrangements for payments of outstanding balances
Investigate and resolve discrepancies and misapplied cash transactions
Request backup documents for deduction resolution
Process credit memos
Maintain detailed and accurate notes on accounts
Process daily, weekly, monthly reports
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field, highly preferred
2-3 years of cash application or receivables experience
Ability to work remotely while adhering to policies and procedures
This is an immediate need with a potential to become permanent. Permanent pay is based on experience with a range of $52,000-60,000.
This is a 100% in office position.
