LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a client in Troy, MI, in their search for a Benefits Specialist to assist with a large-scale project. This is a fully on-site, long-term contract opportunity ideal for someone with a strong understanding of employee benefits and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


πŸ›  Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans

  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues

  • Support open enrollment and benefits onboarding processes

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless benefits administration


βœ… Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in benefits administration or HR support

  • Familiarity with ADP and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus but not required

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
