Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Tualatin, OR
Hours: Fully Onsite, Full Time, Contract (3-6 months)
Compensation: $25 - $28 an hour DOE

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Tualatin, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 3+ years experience in full cycle accounts payable with an Associates Degree or 5+ years within Accounts Payable without a degree.


Responsibilities:
  • Process and review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and maintain up-to-date vendor files.
  • Assist with vendor inquiries, handle weekly check runs, and support other accounting tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records, assist with month-end close processes, and manage accruals.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience with an associate degree, or 5+ years of experience without a degree.
  • Preferably, experience in the construction industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
